Ben Herron, the heart and soul of Bearded Justice, is not just an attorney; he’s a fighter who brings a combination of seasoned legal expertise and personal dedication to every case. Born and raised in a small rural community in New Mexico, Ben’s journey into law was fueled by a deep sense of duty and a drive to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

After serving honorably as a corpsman in the Marine Corps, Ben pursued his legal education with the same tenacity he brought to the military. Graduating from UCLA School of Law, he honed his skills in the competitive arenas of Southern California’s legal landscape. However, the allure of making a real impact in a community similar to where he grew up drew him back to West Texas, where he founded Bearded Justice.

Ben’s personal experiences with family struggles and overcoming adversity, including his victorious battle with alcohol dependency, have equipped him with a unique empathy and understanding of his clients’ situations. These experiences have shaped his approach to law, making him not only a formidable opponent in the courtroom but also a compassionate ally to his clients.
